My take after being inspired by Marlene's card. now I feel confident enough to try my own design. I used Viva decor copper Croco and precious metals. the bird was done using Ferro.
I received this most delightful card from Marlene. I am sure you will love it also. oh and Marlene as always in a hurry tells me she is sending a plain card ?? its far from plain
I was thrilled to have been randomly chosen to receive one of two cards Kate made using Tim's tattered flowers and Lindy's stamp gang Mica powders. at this stage I can't bend down to scan it so its been photographed., also its very layered and may not go into the scanner. thanks Kate so much its treasured.
I am very technically challenged when it comes to arty stuff, and I was pulling my hair out to get this to come together. the inspiration from some new Wendy Vecchi stamps.
I was so lucky to be chosen for the second time, to be the Stamp Artist for the month of October for Oriental Stamp Art. wanting to do something different from a card I had this idea, at first it didn't come together as I had planned, so with further discussions with Celeste and my mum, I ended up coming up with this Asian Village.
I received this most AMAZING thank you card from Marlene Lynne -Truman Using Tim Holtz's Bird cage, Marlene has rusted the bird and also made the flower in the bottom right. I am so lucky to have this as it's the original art that Marlene made recently for a stamp camp..thanks Marlene.,
